In 2018, Compaas grew in pretty much every way a company can grow. We saw new customers join our platform. We teamed up with new investors and advisors. We weathered GDPR, then got our SOC-2 certification. We grew in size as well, welcoming new employees to the team.
Over the past few years, we’ve created something new and wonderful with Compaas. In 2018, the features in Compaas also grew and improved. We expanded our features around insights and pay equity exploration. Companies who want to communicate consistently and improve pay transparency love our manager and Total Rewards reports for employees. Every feature helps companies get better understanding about their biggest operating expenses, and make better decisions with that data.
Compaas continuously improves thanks to support and suggestions from the people who understand the problems best — HR, Total Rewards, and Compensation professionals. Looking back at my calendar, I met with over 100 industry professionals over the past year. In each meeting, I learned a bit more about how we can help companies with the real pain of managing employee compensation.
But the best thing of all — in 2018, Lisa and I got to see Compaas solving real-world challenges facing companies. I have to admit, that’s a pretty exciting moment as a founder.
Looking forward to 2019
As exciting as it’s been for Compaas in 2018, just wait until you see what’s coming in 2019. Alas, I can’t say much yet about what we have on the roadmap… but I think you’ll be as excited as I am about it. (Just can’t wait to learn more? Drop us a line.)
